Refund policy

At Pritteh Kitteh, we value our customers and make customer service a high priority. We will do everything we can to ensure quality customer service at all times. We ask for your patience whenever there is an issue with our products as we evaluate each situation. If you don't hear from us right away, we ask that you please refrain from any impulsive or premature reviews regarding our company during that time, as we are dedicated to building long lasting relationships with our customers. Return & Refund Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at prittehkitteh@hotmail.com. (Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2294 Daisy Way, Hemet, CA 92545)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will process any returns/exchanges as soon as possible. Please be aware that some returns/exchanges may take longer such as our customized leather bracelets, which are limited edition items, while our apparel may be processed quicker. Please see Exceptions below for further info on our custom bracelets.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically our custom-made bracelets, which are handmade and limited edition items. However, if upon receipt there is any damage to the product during inspection that may have occurred during the shipping process, please contact us and we will address the damage and do our best to fix/replace the item just as promptly as possible. Note: since these are custom items, the process to replace them may take up to 30 days. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (after contacting us), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
