Returns

While we at Pritteh Kitteh do everything we can to make sure each product is inspected and sent out carefully, we understand that things can go wrong during the delivery process, the incorrect size was ordered or just didn't fit right, or worst case got lost in the mail. We want to assure you that we will do whatever we can to help our customers with both returns requested and/or refunds if necessary. 

While we are working out our updated policies, please let us know if you run into any issues with our products. Please contact us here and explain what the issue is, along with pictures of the product (if applicable). If a return is necessary, please allow time to send out the necessary postage so you can return the item to us, inspect the item, and send you a replacement one. 

We value and appreciate each of our customers and strive for a good experience both here and in person while at our events, and are always open to hearing from you, especially if there's an issue with the product.
